If you haven’t been in contact prior to taking up a pontoon, please call the harbour immediately on 01854 612 091 or on VHF Channel 14.
All port facilities available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
HOW TO PAY
Payment by cash, credit card over the phone or in person in the harbour offices (directly opposite Calmac ferry terminal) at the Watchroom (ground floor) or harbour office (1st floor).
ELECTRICITY
If you’re located on a pontoon, electricity is included in the daily rate.
FRESH WATER
Available at various locations on the pontoons.
GROCERIES
Tesco is located at Latheron Lane, Ullapool
FUEL
Available at Lochbroom Filling Station at the east end of Shore Street. Bring your own container.

GAS BOTTLES
Can be purchased at Lochbroom Filling Station at the east end of Shore Street or go to The Bothy at the western edge of the village at the entrance to the campsite.
LAUNDRY
Ullapool Laundry, just off Latheron Lane, opposite Tesco, operates a pickup and drop off service. See https://www.ullapoollaundryservices.com/ for opening times.
SHOWER FACILITIES
There are showers in the public toilets which are located in the ferry carpark. There are also shower facilities at Lochbroom Leisure Centre on Quay Street (www.highlifehighland.com/lochbroom-leisure-centre/Getting-here/) for opening times.
TRANSPORT

WASTE
Dispose of waste in rubbish cages located around the pier.
There is a bottle bank at Latheron carpark.
